Transcend toughens up their StoreJet

By: (more) | Posted: Feb 21, 2008 11:25 pm

Transcend have toughened up their existing lineup of portable HDDs with the new StoreJet series 25 mobile; a ruggedized external drive with shock-resistant properties whilst staying fairly light weight at just 206g and carrying dimensions of just 134mm by 80.8mm by 18.8mm.

Up to 250GB of data can be stored on the StoreJet 25 mobile, and the external shockproof silicone casing has met U.S. military drop-test standards (MIL-STD-810F - Transit Drop) with advanced two-stage anti-shock technology, so you should rest assured your data will stay healthy with this gem.

The StoreJet 25 mobile not only makes external storage easier, but also more productive with its convenient "OneTouch" Auto-Backup button and bundled StoreJet™ elite software that offers intelligent backup scheduling, security, and file compression functions. Transcend's StoreJet 25 mobile supports all commonly used operating systems, like Windows® 2000 / XP / Vista, Mac OS® 9.0 or later, and Linux® Kernel 2.4.2 or later.
