Coolink announce the GFXChilla cooler

The GFXChilla can be mounted to current-gen cards such as the 8800GT and HD 3870 as well as several pre-gen cards too. The cooler itself boasts four 6mm thick heatpipes and two whisper quiet 80mm fans.
18 self-adhesive heatsinks are also included in the package for the RAM chips and voltage regulators on the card's PCB.
