HD 2900 GT CrossFire Benchies!

By: (more) | Video Cards News | Posted: Nov 8, 2007 8:34 pm

Techpowerup discovered a short time ago that a member of the XtremeSystems forums has kindly shared his benchmarking adventures with the community using a pair of new Sapphire HD 2900 GT graphics cards in CrossFire.

This would have to be some of the first confirmed HD 2900 GT performance figures shown on the web, and for relatively low-cost yet still fairly high-end cards, the performance results shown here are quite impressive indeed.

The only issue with the HD 2900 GT to date is finding someone with stock :(

I've tried SAPPHIRE HD2900GT CrossFire ( Default Speed ) with QX6700@ ~3.6GHz on-air.

But regrettable, I can't overclock my HD2900GT CrossFire.

- QX6700 @ ~3.6GHz with Scythe Andy Samurai Master
- Asus P5W64 WS Pro ( V,core , V,mch )
- Corsair CM2X 1024 *2 @ 493MHz [4-4-4-5]
- Sapphire HD2900GT 256M CrossFire
- SilverStone ST850.
