The PCI Express 2.0 standard is also upon us andintroduces a newPEG power connector with 8 pins instead of 6 pins to meet possible powerrequirements of up to 300W per such card. These sometimes even require 2 connectors, eitherone 6p and 8p each or two 6p.
Enthusiastsand graphic designers will be able to use up to two cards, and may even combinethem with an additional card for physical computing for unseen graphicalperformance.
