RivaTuner - Final Version 2.0 Released

By: (more) | Posted: Dec 27, 2006 12:22 am

The highly popular graphics card tweaking tool "RivaTuner" has just reached v2.0 final status today. Its popularity is proven by the amount of downloads off its homepage at Guru3D.com since 2002, no less than 5 million in fact!

Development will now go on hold for a few months so hopefully this new final release will solve any previous issues you've been experiencing.

In celebration of the final build having emerged, Guru3D have decided to build a contest around it in which the winner will score themselves a couple of Radeon X1950 Pro graphics cards for CrossFire goodness. So get involved and good luck!

Rivatuner, this week this fantastic tool will reach 5 million downloads (measured from 2002 up-to now) here on Guru3D.com Next to that .. the RivaTuner support forums will reach 5000 discussion threads and next to that .. we just released Rivatuner the Final version ! This version will have a nice new bonus that some of you have been waiting for for a long time. The final release of Rivatuner does not mean the end of Rivatuner. The programmer however is going to take a couple of months rest from the project so this is the last update for at least a little while.
