Dell 8100 Desktop PC Review

It seems that the folks over at Hardware Zone got tired of just reviewing components, so they have an entire PC system for you. Take a look at the Dell 8100 Series Desktop PC and see for yourself if the name DELL still has any real meaning. here's a snip:

 

"I seriously contemplated giving this system my full marks but the minor flaws mentioned tarnished an otherwise, perfect (read economical) Dell system. The pre-installed Windows ME doesn't do justice to the Dimension 8100 either. But if you're on the lookout for a system that does the works, with a Windows 2000 or XP upgrade in mind, and don't like the hassle of a DIY setup, then you can't go wrong with the Dimension 8100."
