World of Tanks runs at 1800p on the PS4 Pro with checkerboard rendering, improved AA, higher-res textures, and HDR support - all at 30FPS. We don't know of World of Tanks will be running at 4K 30FPS or 4K 60FPS on Xbox One X, but with the PS4 Pro running it at 1800p (3200x1800) at 30FPS, I'd be confident to say Xbox One X will run World of Tanks at 4K 60FPS.

Microsoft will be launching its Xbox One X console on November 7 for $499.
