PC Hardware reviewed the Epox EP-4T2A Motherboard. The Epox i850 motherboard was tested under Windows and Linux with a 1.8Ghz Pentium 4. Its performance was compared with an overclocked 1.6Ghz AMD Thunderbird using WinStone 2001, Bapco SysMark 2001 and Quake III Arena. The reviewer checked the mobo compatibility with several popular hardware devices. We didn't forget to overlock to the limits the 500$ baby. PC Hardware also introduced to its readers the Pentium 4 NetBurst arhitecture and the difference from current x86 CPUs.
