GIGABYTE Intro Wireless MIMO Products

GIGABYTE are making quite a scene at the moment, with four fresh announcements from them today (not to mention the launch of their ATI X1900 variants yesterday as well).

 

This first announcement details the broadening of their wireless networking family with a couple of new products which feature "MIMO" technology, said to enhance your wireless coverage by up to 6X.

 

The GN-BR03GM AirCruiser MIMO Router and GN-WP01GM AirCruiser MIMO Desktop Adapter are covered in more detail via the supporting PR folks.

 



Taipei, Taiwan 26th January, 2006 - GIGABYTE TECHNOLOGY continues to expand on the range of wireless products has today announced new additions to the wireless networking family, with products featuring MIMO Technology. Reach areas where you couldn't before with increased performance, wireless coverage will easily share your whole household with broadband Internet access and network resources.

 

GIGABYTE's upcoming products featuring MIMO Technology will include a broadband router, wireless access point and a PCI adapter. While the GIGABYTE GN-BR03GM AirCruiser MIMO Router will provide home and SOHO users wireless access to the Internet and file sharing, the GN-AP03GM AirCruiser MIMO Access Point can expand upon your existing network to support the MIMO Technology and increase wireless signal coverage.
