Mushkin Announces New 2GB XP4000 REDLINE Dual Kit

Published: 22nd November 2005 @ 6:38 AM
Author: Steve Dougherty

Mushkin have just recently extended upon their enthusiast REDLINE series of memory modules, now offering a 2GB XP4000 kit with reasonably tight timings of 3-3-2-8.

Its nice to see more 2GB kits popping up onto the scene these days, I know I wouldnt settle for anything less given the high memory demands from some of the more intensive blockbuster gaming titles on the market of late.

Denver, CO, November 18, 2005- At launch in April 2005, Mushkin REDLINE took the enthusiast sector by storm; becoming what many consider to be the best and fastest DDR memory modules available for AMD Athlon64 platforms. The original XP4000 REDLINE modules were introduced as 512MB modules available in single or dual channel 1GB kits. “Mushkin named these modules REDLINE to denote the extreme speed and performance delivered from this series. Mushkin plans to continue the REDLINE tradition by placing emphasis on highest performance, excellent overclocking potential, and relative value”, stated Brian Flood, Manager of Research and Development, Mushkin Inc.
