NVIDIA Unleashes GeForce Go 7800 GTX

It's been made apparent that this latest offering from NV is also rather fine-tuned in the power ratings dept. consuming no more than the previous-gen Go 6800 Ultra yet carrying 100 million more transistors.

SANTA CLARA, CA-SEPTEMBER 28, 2005-NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA), a worldwide leader in graphics and digital media processors, today unveiled the new NVIDIA GeForce Go 7800 GTX graphics processing unit (GPU), the flagship of the NVIDIA notebook GPU line-up. This new GPU is immediately available in notebooks from Sager Computer, Inc., Falcon Northwest, Voodoo Computers, Inc., Eurocom Corporation, ABS Computer Technologies, Inc., Hypersonic PC Systems, Evesham Technology, and ProStart Computer, Inc.
