Talking with Google

| Posted: Aug 24, 2005 5:10 am

Google, the company trying to get their nose into everything, has just launched a beta version of Google Talk - their very own free IM service with calling capabilities much like Skype. You'll need a Gmail username and password to use the service, though, so make sure you have that handy before downloading the 900KB file.

You can read more about Google Talk here as well as download the beta setup file.
