If you're looking to bolster your PC with some extra fast storage space, Other World Computing (OWC) has announced the release of its 1.0TB drive to the already existing Mercury Extreme Pro 6G product range.

Joining the 120GB, 240GB and 480GB drives already on the market, this 1.0TB option will set users back $429 directly from MacSales or select other online retailers. This pricing follows the groove of the rest of the drives, asking for $91.75, $172.75 and $278 respectively.

Packed with a large 5-year limited warranty and coming in a certified Blackmagic Design, these drives have been marketed towards video capture and post-production experts.
