"The fans that are into our case are very important elements that allow our pc to work correctly avoiding dangerous components overheating, that's why they should always be fully efficient.
After some years of work, unfortunately, the fans begin to vibrate and to sound like something into the fan "scratches". In fact the balls (or sleeves) into the bearing got wore and the motor shaft rubs against the metal ring that form the bearing body, slowing the speed of the fan due to friction."
