With 2003's 'Finding Nemo' the second highest grossing Disney Pixar film, with a billion dollar worldwide gross just behind the massive success of 'Toy Story 3', I guess it was only a matter of time before the studio granted it a sequel. And now they have.
Premiering yesterday on Ellen DeGeneres prime-time talk show, the two minute teaser features the first footage from the film which is set 6 months after the events of the first film and features Dory attempting to track down her own family. The film will return many of the original voice artists, including 'Simpsons' regular Albert Brooks, Ellen DeGeneres and Willem Dafoe.
As the next release from the studio, 'Finding Dory' hits cinemas worldwide in June 2016.
