Recently we wrote about how Riot Games Oceania had ruled a lengthy two year ban on the Australian gaming organization 'Team Immunity' for failing to make payments to its players, citing a breach of the League of Legends Oceanic Pro League contract.
We are currently in discussions with Riot management as we believe a mistake has been made. We will issue a further statement in due course.— Team Immunity (@TeamImmunity) September 22, 2015
In reply, this gaming team has made a post on its public Twitter, claiming that it will be appealing the ban on the grounds that Riot Games Oceania has made a mistake.
While fans wait for Team Immunity's official release, disgruntled gamers have taken to this status in force, seeing Frenetic Array gaming manager Nick 'ChadMann' Russo claim there are further non-payments in the StarCraft II scene dating back to 2012 and Australian League of Legends Player Dean 'ScREAM1kz' Giles asking for peripheral prizes promised three years ago.
