Featuring a 13.3-inch IPS display, a 720p HD webcam, 12 hours of battery life and a 5th Generation Intel Core i5 processor, this $399 and above laptop will be hitting shelves on September 17 in the United States and Canada.

With lower models set to include Intel Celeron or Core i3 processors, the Dell Chromebook 13 will come packaged with up to 8GB of RAM and are bundled with a bunch of Dell software and extras including Dell SonicWALL (a VPN app), Sell Secure Mobile Access, Dell Wyse vWorkplace desktop visualization and more. This could be seen as bloatware or as something extremely useful - that is up for you to decide.

All Chromebook 13 owners will also gain access to Dell's ProSupport plus, enabling them access to 24x7 IT support and repairs covering drops, liquid spills and more.
