TwinMOS Technologies have just sent out word of their new 'turbo charged' 66X 2GB Ultra-X SD cards. It doesn't get any better than this for the ultimate in camera/phone storage with super fast transfer rates to boot. All the details in the official PR.

 


yFebruary 17, 2005, Taipeiz The professional memory module maker TwinMOS Technologies Inc announces today the mass production of high capacity Ultra-X SD card. The 66X Ultra high speed with 2GB high capacity SD card offers excellent stability with data protection.

 

As a popular flash memory on the market due to the rise of camera-phones and DSCs, Ultra-X SD card, taking the advantage of being mini, slim and allowing consumers to enjoy privacy over the Internet with the CPRM data protection mechanism, created a big market growth in 2004. In addition to its super capacity at 2GB, TwinMOS 66X Ultra-X SD card allows users to enjoy read speed at 10MB/sec and write speed at 7.9MB/sec.
