- Corsair Ships DDR2 SO-DIMMs for Mobile IntelR 915 Express Platform

Corsair have made headlines today announcing that they have shipped their new line of DDR2 PC2-4200 SO-DIMMs for notebooks using Intel's Mobile 915 Express Platform. The DDR2-533 modules come in three flavours, being 1GB, 512MB, and 256MB in sizes. Further details in Corsair's press release.

Corsair's three new SO-DIMM modules are rated at DDR2-533:

VS512SDS533D2 512MB, DDR2-533, 200-pin SO-DIMM
VS256SDS533D2 256MB, DDR2-533, 200-pin SO-DIMM

This not all too surprising, NVIDIA are quite excited today after breaking their previous sales record with the help of the new nForce4 MCP's.
