MSI makes use of Intel 5th generation Broadwell CPU for gaming laptops

MSI shows off shiny new gaming laptops

Computex 2015 - PC hardware company MSI has announced its latest gaming laptops will make use of the Intel 5th Generation Broadwell processors. The new CPUs help provide better graphics, longer battery life, and enhanced security improvements, while supporting high resolution while gaming.




In total, there will be 20 refreshed models, with the Intel 5th Generation Core i7 processors used in 18 new MSI laptop models, which include the GT80 Titan SLI, GT72 Dominator, GS70 Stealth, and GS60 Ghost, among others. The refreshed laptops are available starting now.


"The new components in our lineup of gaming laptops, highlighted by Intel's newest Broadwell processor, furthers our goal of delivering the most advanced mobile gaming systems in the world," said Andy Tung, president of MSI Pan America.


Gaming laptops may not be appealing for some PC enthusiasts, but hardware specifications of gaming laptops is looking even better.
