Named 'Becoming Steve Jobs', this publication points out that Cook has the same rare blood type as Jobs and also contains the ability to grow back lost liver cells, further offering up his support in 2009 when times were desperate.

The book shows that Cook said to his former boss "Steve, I'm perfectly healthy" and "I can do this and I'm not putting myself at risk; I'll be fine," however Jobs refused the help.
