- L Makes A Big Scene Today

 


Some amazing products here. L have three announcements doing the rounds today. The first of which tells us about their new and highly extreme LGA 775 based Hollywood Gold XPress Laptop, boasting a beefy 17" WSXGA+1680x1050 and upgradeable 1920x1200 UltraSpeed Widescreen, as well as being the world's first laptop to include PCI-Express support. June-28-2004 - L announces the Hollywood Gold XPress, the world's first notebook designed around Intel's new PCI-Express architecture, delivering an unprecedented level of performance technological features poised to change the face of modern high-performance computing and mobile entertainment, and launches nationwide AD campaign.

June-28-2004 - L announces the all new Cosmopolitan Bronze, Silver64 and Gold Laptop Series featuring both Intel Pentium 4 or Athlon64 Processing capabilities and world-premiering an upgradeable modular 15.4" UltraSpeed LCD Display to resolutions of up to 1920x1200 pixels for added long-term investment security.

 

Finally, L also inform us of their team-up with Stardock Corporation recently in which they aim to develop, deploy and deliver a new WinXP4L desktop enhancement software package, included with all of L's laptop and desktop products. June-28-2004 - is pleased to announce the unveiling of a new WinXP4L desktop enhancement software package, included with all laptop and desktop products beginning August 2004. Taking advantage of the powerful DesktopX technology developed by Stardock, has created a custom interactive desktop, fully fledged with desktop animations, icon animations, custom 2D and 3D objects, and other visual enhancements.
