Nothing says confidence in your product than having three separate sequels in production at the same time. Hot on the heels of the release of the first teaser for next year's 'The Avengers: Rise of Ultron', Marvel Studios have stepped in to confirm that the third 'Avengers' adventure will be split over two motion pictures, separated by 12 months.
'Avengers: The Infinity War - Part 1' will be released in May 2018 and 'Part 2' coming in May 2019. Marvel have sidestepped which of our heroes will return after the events of 'Ultron', however Marvel mega-producer Kevin Feige has confirmed that "the roster will look different", however it is known that Thanos will be the main villain, portrayed by Josh Brolin.
The next Marvel feature, 'Age of Ultron' will be released on April 23rd 2015 in Australia and New Zealand and on the 1st of May in the USA.
