- Vantec Spectrum Fan Card & Mouse Pad

Vantec have just provided us with details on a couple of new items coming out in Jan'04. The first one being a dual fan card which utilizes a spare PCI slot. It's made from UV sensitive materials and has built-in UV lighting, as well as allowing for adjustable fan speeds. Take a look at it here, and here.

The next item is a rather unique looking mouse pad with a built-in blue cold cathode light, it relies on USB for its power source. Certainly not something you'd probably want if you sleep in the same room as your PC but i'm sure quite a lot of people would be drawn to this nonetheless. You can view the pad here, and here.
