Some PlayStation 4s are having HDMI issues. Sony sending replacements

Sony is asking people with HDMI problems to turn in their consoles and they will replace them (NYSE:SNE)

There were some reports of users having problems with the PlayStation Network crashing and now some are experiencing HDMI issues with their PlayStation 4. They're getting a message saying "failed output signal." People from Kotaku, Forbes, and IGN are having these problems too. Although this is huge disappointment to some users, Sony says they will replace all the faulty consoles.

Sonys statement about the HDMI issue: "This is within our expectations for a new product introduction, and the vast majority of PS4 feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We are closely monitoring for additional reports, but we think these are isolated incidents and are on track for a great launch. As part of our normal customer service policy, we've asked those with affected PS4 systems to send them back to us so we can fully test them. We are immediately sending these people replacement PS4 systems."
