Oculus Rift support baked into Euro Truck Simulator 2 in beta form

Euro Truck Simulator 2 receives Oculus Rift support, in beta form for now

| Gaming News | Posted: Oct 24, 2013 3:30 am

If you're a fan of Euro Truck Simulator and wanted to feel what it would be like to step into the physical truck, well, Oculus Rift support is now in beta form and available on Steam.

Support for Oculus Rift within Euro Truck Simulator 2 is only available in the Windows version of the simulator for now, with players being advised that they should feature a fast GPU and CPU when running the game with the VR headset. Rift integration would be an immersive experience, as you could turn your head to look for oncoming traffic, or your side mirrors or GPS. It kinda makes me want to download it.
