Oculus VR to host virtual reality conference next month

Virtual reality conference to be held next month by Oculus

You can expect more Oculus Rift content in the coming weeks, now that two TweakTown staff have the virtual reality headsets, but next month the VR outfit will be hosting a virtual reality conference to talk about all things VR.

The event will be housed in the Microsoft Nerd Center in Cambridge, Mass., with entrance being free. But, they will be accepting donations to the Boston Children's Hospital, which is a nice touch. Oculus COO, Laird Malamed will provide a day-long symposium of debates and demonstrations of virtual reality and game development.

 

Scheduled sessions at the Future of Virtual Reality with Oculus VR will include technical Q&As, developer and employment workshops, as well as glorious hands- or eyes-on time with the Oculus Rift headset.
