You might remember that Western Digital acquired sTec under its subsidiary HGST earlier this year for $340 million. The acquisition allowed Western Digital to quickly make its presence known in the solid state storage market, and bring forth an entirely new enterprise solid state storage division. During this years Flash Memory Summit, our own Paul Alcorn got a chance to sit down with sTec for an on-camera interview as well. You can find that interview here.
