- Samsung 21" LCD

Neoseeker have a review of the lovely Samsung 213T 21" LCD. If you've got stacks of money to blow, take a look at this one folks.

The image quality of the 213T is very good. It is a wicked combo when you have something as big and as flat the 213T for your viewing pleasure. In Windows colours are vibrant and very bright. You image quality is striking even from a distance. In terms of sheer wow factor, it's hard to beat watching Unreal Tournament running on such a large, perfectly flat screen. The geometry of an LCD is of course near perfect, and the naturally non-reflective properties of LCD's make them very ideal for low glare imagery.

- SiS 655FX Preview

myWORLD Hardware has posted a preview of the SiS 655FX chipset for the Pentium 4 processor. It features Dual DDR-400 memory support and is designed to compete directly against Intel's Springdale and Canterwood as well as VIA's PT880.

With that, most of the chipset manufacturers, including the giant Intel who once committed to RAMBUS solution, finally gave it up and chooses the dual channel DDR memory solution for their line of desktop chipset, which included the all-time-favorite, Intel Springdale(i865) and Intel Canterwood (i875). For our SiS, initially, SiS had never designed any dual channel memory solution for their chipset that includes our previously reviewed 648FX for Pentium 4 and 748 for AMD. But, seeing at how Intel and NVIDIA were happily earning away with their successful product, SiS has finally taken the step to introduce their first ever dual channel DDR memory solution for Intel Pentium 4 CPU. Is it too late to capture the heart of hardware enthusiasts? We'll find out how amazing this product can performed on our test bench on the next few pages!

Universal card readers have been much needed, and highly appreciated devices. Especially if you do any serious work with digital cameras. Any camera nut knows that every time you purchase a new camera, you end up with some funky new media format that you old card reader isn't compatible with. Then you have two or three camera, all with different types of compact media.
