- ATI Radeon 9800 XT Launched

Today ATI launched their Radeon 9800 XT which is their new high-end GPU designed as an upgrade to the 9800 Pro and as well a knife to go further into nVidia's chest - that is, until nVidia pull the knife out with their upcoming GPUs. - Asetek WaterChill

Overclocker's Australia posted a review of the Asetek WaterChill. If you liked Asetek's range of phase-change cooling products, you may like their new range of water cooling products.

One thing to note about this pump is that the casing gets quite warm when it's been running for a while. Whether this adds enough heat to the system to compromise performance is something we'll see later. Also, you will need to make sure the reservoir is kept quite full. The pump is powerful enough to create a vortex in the reservoir and if the water level is too low, this vortex will reach down into the pump inlet and bubbles will be pumped through the system.

The OCZ Annihilator water cooling kit is the perfect solution for high performance PC users looking to keep their components cool without the noise that is typically associated with high performance cooling.
