- DX9 Testing

 

Andrew from Sudhian Media has written an article which investigates DX9 performance on nVidia and ATI cards under 3DMark03, Gun Metal, AquaMark 3 and Halo Beta 1.5.

 

What I'm not going to do is speculate on what new drivers and the final build of Half-Life 2 will do for the performance of Nvidia or ATI hardware in that game since I do not have the final version of Nvidia's 51.75 drivers nor the final version of Half-Life 2. What I am going to do is show you guys some current DirectX 9 tests and let you speculate yourself about Half-Life 2.
