Today, Apple announced that it will be releasing its iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C to the public on September 20 for both online and in-store purchases. Online sales will be starting at 12:01 AM PDT (3:01 AM EDT), and those looking to purchase in-store will be able to do so at 8:00 AM local time.
With people already lining up two weeks in advance, the chances of getting your hands on a new iPhone 5S or iPhone 5C will be quite slim. Rumors suggest that there's already a shortage on the iPhone 5S, and that Apple is expecting in-store and online stock levels to deplete quite early into the day. The moral of this story is that if you want a new iPhone 5C or 5S, you may want to go camp for the next week outside of your local Apple Store.
If you are already or plan to camp outside of an Apple store for the iPhone 5S or 5C, please send us a photo of you waiting in line and we will share it on our Facebook page!
