GoPro releases Studio 2.0, makes editing video easier than ever

GoPro announces the release of GoPro Studio 2.0, its second generation of editing software for video shot with the Hero line of cameras

GoPro recently released its second generation of video editing software for its Hero line of wearable action cameras. GoPro says that there Studio 2.0 software is designed to make it easier than ever to create professional-quality videos from the content captured on your Hero 1, Hero 2 or Hero 3 camera.

The new software features templates that include music, edit points, slow-motion effects an additional features that allow users to create high quality edits of their action footage. Additional features include the ability to trim, edit and mix video clips, add titles, music, audio track, and can even adjust the level of fisheye you wish present in your video.

 

 

Additionally users can adjust playback in fast or slow motion, and the software allows users to export still frames from the video in full resolution. The software allows users to create videos from time-lapse photo sequences as well as edit immersive 3-D videos ever created on the company's 3D Hero system. The software supports GoPro, Canon and Nikon constant frame rate H.264 mp4 and .mov formats.
