We go hands-on with Sony's new flagship Xperia Z1 at IFA 2013 (NYSE:SNE)

IFA 2013 - While at IFA 2013 in Berlin, Germany, our very own Johannes Knapp went hands-on with Sony's latest flagship smartphone. The Xperia Z1 is a water-resistant Android-based smartphone that heads up Sony's smartphone lineup with impressive specifications. Check out our hands-on impressions in the video below:

 

 

The Xperia Z1 follows in the footsteps of the Z-models that came before it by continuing to be waterproof. It features a 5-inch Full HD Triluminos display. Powering the display is a quad-core QUALCOMM Snapdragon 800 CPU. On the back of the device, a 20.7-megapixel camera can be found. Johannes notes that the camera preview is really smooth and guesses that it's running at 60FPS.
