Super Talent introduces new NGFF line of M.2 SSD storage

Super Talent Technology has just unveiled a new line of NGFF SSDs based on the M.2 form-factor. Super Talent says that the new NGFF SSDs are the perfect solution for high-speed non-volatile storage for the next generation of high-performance laptops. VP of Engineering, Shimon, said, "Our NGFF SSDs are sure to keep mobile device applications running at peak performance."

The NGFF DX1 is a SATA III-based M.2 SSD that supports speeds up to 480MB/s read and 400MB/s write speeds and is available in capacities from 32GB up to 256GB. The NGFF ST1 series is also an M.2 form-factor SSD and is capable of read and write speeds of 250MB/s and 80MB/s, respectively. Unfortunately, no pricing or availability information was giving at the time of this publication.
