Thecus updates N2560 and N4560 NAS devices with new Atom processor and expanded T-OnTheGo Mobile Access

Today, Thecus announced the release of two new ground-breaking home and small business NAS devices. The two bay N2560 and four bay N560 both feature Intel Atom CE5335 SoC processors that are clocked at 1.6GHz and increased RAM over previous models.

Thecus says that they have improved functionality as well as productivity through the inclusion of the T-OnTheGo remote access feature and the unveiling of its NAS Application Center on the company's website. "To make the world first even better, we looked first at what made our breakthrough possible: the SoC heart of the NAS. With the performance advances taken care of by Intel's latest Atom and 2 GB of RAM in both models, we turned to the user experience," said Florence Shih, General Manager of Thecus.
