- Chieftec BX case

Virtual-Hideout.Net got first dibs on the new Chieftec BX Series Case today. It's the latest from Chieftec, with some new added features. Does it live up to the infamous Chieftec name? .... Read on

Chieftec needs no introduction when in comes to cases. They've been making cases since 1990 and have been one of the leaders in the market. Their cases are known for their build and quality and have been used by numerous vendors for their own PC line. They are also well known amongst the PC enthusiasts, especially the case modding crowd, with the Scorpio, Dragon and Matrix Series of cases. With the popularity of their case lines, it's no surprise that you sometimes see "Clones" or "Copycats" that looks the same as their cases. Anyway, it's been a while since Chieftec released a new version and they did just that a few months ago. I've been looking at it trying to see the kind of improvements they did to the previous series and now it has landed in Singapore and VH got first dibs on it! :O)

- Chaintech APOGEE FX71

Octools has just posted a review of Chaintech's latest FX5600 Ultra FX5600 Ultra offering, the FX71 Apogee! This is one sweet looking video card.

From the results that we have gathered, we can clearly see that this FX5600 Ultra has got what it takes to take on its ATI counterpart, the Radeon 9600Pro. With AA/AF disabled, the battle between the two is very tight. With one taking one test and the other taking another, it was quite hard to pinpoint which one is dominant.

- IWILL ZPC

The boys at SFF TECH have posted yet another review on an awsome looking small form factor pc by IWILL.

Small Form Factor. Those three words seem to be popping up more and more around the web and obviously a lot more around here. Generally, when I hear SFF I think of the Shuttle XPC line. I find myself wondering how these little machines can keep up with their much larger, fatter brethren. It seems amazing that someone sat down with a big tower and said, "how small can I make this without losing any speed?" What Shuttle and others have done is very impressive, but for some of us it just isn't small enough. There are those of us out there who want the smallest machine possible that has just enough power to do what we want. We want all of this and want it to look great, why?, because we can be that picky. Welcome to the market, the IWILL ZPC.
