We've heard rumors in the past that Nokia is preparing a Windows 8 based tablet, but the actual specifications of the device have been a little fuzzy until today. Previously the device was thought to run an NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, but new information suggests that the device will be featuring much more modern hardware.

Rumors are beginning to spread data suggesting that the new Nokia Tablet will run a quad-core QUALCOMM Snapdragon 800 Processor with a clock speed of 2.2GHz with 2GB of RAM. The report also says that the tablet will feature a keyboard dock for a Surface-like keyboard cover. Windows RT 8.1 is the alleged operating system and USB 3.0, HDMI, and 802.11 n Wi-Fi is also said to be present. The device will also feature a 10.1-inch full 1080p display.
