At this point, no one really knows what Samsung's reasoning is behind developing new flip phones, as we all previously thought the flip phone craze died out sometime around 2007. Apparently, Samsung did not get the memo as a second Samsung-branded, dual-screen flip phone has been leaked by site SammyHub.
This new flip phone, dubbed the Samsung Hennessy, features dual 3.27-inch 320x480 resolution screens, a quad-core 1.2GHz processor, and a five-megapixel camera. Additionally, the phone is able to support dual-SIM cards and will be sold with a "Luxury Gold" color trim option. While we're sure that both this new offering as well as the previously launched Galaxy Folder will both be only available in Asian markets, let's cross our fingers and hope that this new flip phone trend does not make it back to the US.
