RumorTT: Apple to host next iPhone event on September 10, have your wallets ready (NASDAQ:AAPL)

We know it's coming, but we haven't had a date, until now. All Things Digital are reporting that Apple will unveil their next-generation iPhone at an event being hosting on September 10.

We should expect two iPhones to be unveiled on the day, the possibly larger, faster and next-gen iPhone - which could arrive as the iPhone 5S, or if Apple are smart, they will unveil something new and refreshing, and push it out as the iPhone 6. On top of that, we should see a budget-minded iPhone 5C, if previous rumors are correct.

This new event is to be focused purely on the iPhone and iOS, so we should expect some great things for the iPhone in the next month. Are you excited? If Apple only show off a slightly refreshed iPhone 5S running iOS 7, I will be very disappointed. They need to unveil something revolutionary to stop this constant attack from all fronts that is Google, Samsung, LG, Sony, and co.
