It's been a long time coming, but the refreshed Nexus 7 is almost here. We should see it unveiled next week, but before then @evleaks strikes again with some new leaked press shots of the upcoming Android-based 7-inch slate.

We can see the refreshed Nexus 7's much better 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, something that the original Nexus 7 didn't even include. It's branded differently on the rear, which could point to people using the device in landscape more. There's two speakers on the rear of the refreshed Nexus 7, one up the top and another down the bottom.

On the right of the Nexus 7 we can find the volume, power and microphone input. On the front of the refreshed 7-inch tablet we have a front-facing camera and what looks to be a notification LED. We should expect Android 4.3 to be featured on the refreshed Nexus 7, something that should be confirmed at Google's event on July 24.
