New Linux kernel released

PC Pro reports that a new Linux kernel has been released, version 2.5.75 to be exact.
With Linus Torvalds and Andrew Morton already starting work on a 2.6-pre series, this will be the last 2.5.x release. The changes in this release mostly involve maintenance bug fixes and performance tweaks.
