The 16GB version of the Galaxy S4 comes with 45% of its storage used, giving consumers just 55% of the storage they paid for. The bloat that is being packed into the phone is based on the Sprint model and might change carrier to carrier, but not by much. This isn't too much of a problem as the S4 has expandable storage through microSD cards, but taking up nearly half of the internal storage isn't a great start.
