Elpida PC2-4200 512mb DDR2 module receives Intel approval

Elpida's PC2-4200 (533Mbps) DDR2 SDRAM module has successfully completed Intel's DDR validation process. The 512Mb Unbuffered DDR2 SDRAM module features eight 0.11 micron 512Mbit DDR2-533 1.8V chips, these are made at their 300mm (12 inch) silicon wafer manufacturing plant in Hiroshima (pictured).
