Skype releases updated iOS app with 'beautiful new calling experience'
Comment | Print | Email to a Friend | Font Size: AAMicrosoft-owned Skype has released an updated iOS app for the iPhone and iPad that brings numerous new features and improvements. Of course, like most updates, bug fixes and general improvements have also been made in the app.
The headlining aspect of the update is the "beautiful new calling experience." The "experience" is for making or receiving calls and can be seen in the picture above. Skype has made the process of marking all recent chats as read easier, now requiring just a "few taps." Finally, Skype has fixed that app so that one-to-one chats appear in the correct order.
