In addition to better performance, Google has added the ability to stream video directly in the app on Android version 3.0 and above. While this means that only 43.9 percent of the community is supported, users will hopefully be upgrading their version of Android soon.

Users of the app will now be able to pinch-to-zoom when using the presentation viewer. This is a welcome addition for devices that have small screens.
