S3 Graphics Launches DeltaChrome GPU

VIA Technologies owned S3 Graphics has remained rather dormant for some time but today paper announced details of their new DeltaChrome GPU which claims to provide Dazzling Hi-Def Graphics and Video with Microsoft DirectX 9.0 and HLSL support.
