LG unveils Smart Activity Tracker at CES, time to get fit?
CES 2013 - Fitness and lifestyle have always been huge at CES. Every year we see a myriad of new products that are supposed to help us better track our workouts to make them as efficient as possible. This year LG has decided to jump into the fitness game with its new Smart Activity Tracker.
Still in the prototype stage, the Smart Activity Tracker bears a very similar resemblance to Nike's FuelBand with one key difference. The Smart Activity Tracker has a touch screen, and will sync up to your phone via Bluetooth to display things such as incoming calls, message contacts, etc.
It also tracks the normal features one would expect such as steps taken, distance walked or ran, and it has a stop watch feature. LG wouldn't comment on pricing, but did say that the device should release sometime this coming summer.
