Eric Schmidt is planning a trip to North Korea, a country where the internet basically doesn't exist. Eric Schmidt will be accompanied by former New Mexicon governor Bill Richardson. "We don't think the timing of this is particularly helpful," State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland told reporters.
