LG creates a voice-controlled air conditioner, listens for when you say it's too hot
LG is showing off a cool air conditioner that uses to voice recognition so that it knows when you complain that it's too hot--or cold. Dubbed the LG Whisen, it uses voice commands and can be controled from up to 16 feet away. It's advanced enough to understand powering on and off, temperature changes, and fan speed.
It also supports NFC, so you can tap your smartphone and have it auto-change to the preset on your device. You can also use the LG Whisen app to control the air conditioner remotely or view the included camera feed. The top-of-the-line model will set you back 350 million Korean Won, or roughly $3,291.
